Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Taybit, we may collect:

• Information you submit (for example website URL, business context, assessment inputs, email when you ask us to follow up, and generated outputs from your sessions).
• Account and billing details needed to run the product and process payments. Card payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Technical and usage data typical for web apps (for example logs, device/browser details, and approximate location derived from IP).
• Data from integrations you connect, limited to what you authorize.

We use information to provide and improve Taybit, run assessments and deliverables, authenticate users, bill for paid work, secure the service, analyze usage where allowed, meet legal obligations, and communicate with you about Taybit.

Some experiences send content you provide to third-party AI services so we can produce discovery and strategy outputs. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; we do not use it to make legally binding decisions about you.

Taybit does not use your assessment data, growth reports, or client portal content to train foundation models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with vendors that help us operate Taybit (such as hosting, identity, payments, analytics when you consent, and AI processing), with others in your workspace when the product is designed for collaboration, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as an acquisition (subject to applicable requirements).

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential sessions and security, to remember preferences, and—after you agree where required—to measure how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We keep information as long as needed to run the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect Taybit and users. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate.

You may have rights under local law to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws. To make a request, contact team@taybit.com. We may verify requests before fulfilling them.

Taybit is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact team@taybit.com if you believe we have done so.

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes may be communicated as appropriate.
