Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Taybit's websites, client portal, assessments, deliverables, and paid agency services. By using Taybit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Taybit

You must be at least 18 and able to contract. If you use Taybit for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Taybit provides AI-assisted growth services for startups (research, strategy, planning, and related execution support). Features may change; previews or beta functionality are provided as-is unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, invites you send, connected integrations, and the accuracy of what you submit. You may not misuse Taybit—among other things, no illegal activity, no infringing or deceptive content, no attempting to break security or overload the service, no scraping or reselling except as the law allows, and no spam or fraud.

Third-party services

Taybit relies on vendors (for example payments and cloud services). Their terms may also apply. If you connect external tools, you allow Taybit to use what you authorize to deliver the features you request.

Pricing and billing

Paid offerings are described on taybit.com/pricing and may change over time. Purchases authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method. Recurring plans renew until canceled as stated at purchase.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, at checkout, or in a written scope, fees are non-refundable. Promotional credits or offsets (for example applying a diagnosis fee toward a qualifying subscription) apply only as described at checkout, on pricing, or in your written agreement.

Third-party tools, creator placements, contractors, and other pass-through costs are separate from Taybit service fees unless a written package scope says they are included. We may change pricing, packaging, or scope for future billing periods with notice where required.

Cancel recurring services by emailing team@taybit.com or through the billing portal link we provide. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless law or your written scope says otherwise.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit (“Your Data”). You give Taybit permission to host and process Your Data to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to share it.

Taybit IP and feedback

Taybit owns its software, branding, and materials. We grant you a limited right to use the service for your business. Feedback you send may be used without obligation to you.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Taybit against claims arising from Your Data, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

AI output

Taybit may produce AI-assisted recommendations or drafts for informational purposes. You decide whether to rely on them. Taybit does not guarantee revenue, growth, or other business outcomes.

Disclaimers and liability

Taybit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100 USD.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for violations, risk, or non-payment. You may stop using Taybit anytime. Amounts owed before termination remain due.

Export controls

You will comply with applicable export and sanctions laws and will not use Taybit where prohibited.

Copyright concerns

To report suspected infringement, email team@taybit.com with enough detail for us to review.

Changes

We may modify the service or these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted (see “Last updated”). Continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict rules. Except where prohibited, disputes belong in state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that venue. To the extent allowed, disputes must be brought individually, not as a class action.

Contact us first at team@taybit.com so we can try to resolve concerns. Nothing here limits remedies available under law.
